The Knowledge & Action = Success, Inc. Central Service Certification Training Program provides educational certification training in the following areas:

Certified Registered Central Service Technician – CRCST or CSPDT

Train to become a Certified Central Service Technician. That department in every hospital that decontaminates, Cleans, inspects, assembles, wraps, labels, sterilizes, stores and transports needed surgical instrument trays to the Operating Room, Clinics, and inpatient units throughout the hospital. Certified Instrument Specialist – CIS

Once you successfully become a certified Central Service Technician. Why not prepare yourself to get promoted to “Instrument Specialist” Become that expert in your Central Service department that has mastered the names of basic hand held surgical instruments and complex power tools. You will learn the names and usage of surgical instrumentation. This training program will also require you to observe 4-hours of surgery in order to qualify for the CIS certification exam. Certified Healthcare Leader – CHL
A safe, efficient, quality-driven Central Sterile Supply Department cannot be had without a skilled and knowledgeable leader at the helm. Unfortunately, even the most seasoned CSSD veterans may lack the leadership training and skills  required to make them fully confident and effective in that role.
